The following is pricing for a quarter pound (1/4) of this steak, or 4 ounces. If you would like a half pound (8 ounces), please order two (2), if you desire a full one (1) pound (16 ounces), then select a quantity of four (4). 

When ordering quarter pound, or 4 ounces, please know that this steak will be cut very thin to accommodate the weight, but in keeping the shape of the steak.  

This steak comes with a copy of all the verification and birth certificate, certificate of authenticity.
