Cooking and care instructions for your live crawfish in Charlotte, NC

• Crawfish are ONLY sold by the sack or bag, a 30 to 35 pound sack, no exceptions
• They MUST be ordered by 5pm on the Wednesday prior to pick up for Saturday delivery
• All Crawfish MUST be picked up on Saturday, the day they are delivered to us. No exceptions and no refunds if you do not pick up on Saturday. Crawfish will not be held over for a Sunday pick up.
• Crabs are coming from Louisiana.
• You will have some loss of Crawfish and this IS expected. We are not in Louisiana on the coastal waters, we are in Charlotte, NC.
• We will not open the container of Crawfish and put in a cooler for you, and we suggest you bring a cooler. Please put Crawfish in your cooler outside the market
• We will provide you with ice for free if you need some
• Crawfish will be very cold and dormant from being delivered in a refrigerated truck. They will become more active as they warm up. We recommend you consume crabs the same day.
