This week we’re bringing up some fantastic options out of Madeira Beach, FL including red grouper caught by Captain Dean Younger and the crew on the F/V No Bull and a haul of red snapper off the F/V Bout Time and Captain David Johnson & crew. And from Daytona Beach – one stellar shipment of Wreckfish – landed by Captain Raymond Zakalunzy of the F/V Little Joe. (pictured above)

All Eyes on the Weather Channel
As the Northeast gets socked in, we’re glad to note we’re ahead of the curve with some nice wild striped bass and black bass out of the mid-Atlantic right now and some fluke out of the last boat to deliver into Cape May New Jersey – super fresh. Winter weather is impacting the upper Mid Atlantic & North Atlantic coastline – stay in touch with your rep about availability on products out of that region. P.S we did find some Speckled Trout & Stripers for Friday arrival too!

A is for Amberjack
We’re looking forward to a steady supply of Amberjack this week and into the weekend – plenty of fish on hand. Amberjack is the perfect white meat from the sea-full of fat! Did you know that Gulf Amberjack is the wild first cousin of the Farmed Raised Jacks like Hamachi or Kampachi– put a quick sear & some Yuzu type sauce and you have a great starter or entrée a perfect party option. It is such a versatile fish we know you’ll find a spot for it on your menu this week. Simply grill it, pan sear it, roast it – Amberjack can take it!
